I'm working on my profile currently, since it's been a wreck for...awhile.

Notes about this journal: This is my journal, and there are many times when I need to rant, swoon, or other such activities. There is also a fair chance that'll I'll just be talking about my day-to-day life. Because of this, I must advise that if you don't want to hear/see any of that, that you please do not friend my journal. I also have a tendency to swear, which I intend to try to stop doing for the sake of a friend of mine, but regardless, I do it. This is going to be my only warning in regards to that.

About friending: Feel free to add me to your friend's list if you really are so inclined. I am a lot nicer then I seem here, I swear. ^_- It might take me quite a while to do so, but I should add you to mine eventually, depending on whether or not I log in, or whether I am interested. There are quite a few entries that I hide as Friend's Only for the sheer fact that I would rather have some minimal amount of privacy with a few topics, so...yeah. If you want to be able to see those for one reason or another, you'll need to add me. :)

I suppose a little basic information on myself would be useful, yes? I am a writer and artist, and also a forumer, and a casual gamer. I read both The Writer and Game Informer, along with the numerous books I tend to read. I write more fanfiction then anything else, though I do a lot of original work too. You'll probably hear a lot about my characters and work reading my journal. I've done NaNoWriMo two years now, with this year being the third year. You can see my work on fanfiction.net, under this same username. My...ahem...artwork can be seen on deviantART under the username of ShadowMistress. Yes, you may laugh at my username. I realized a long time ago it is somewhat...a lot cliche, but I like it.
Anime is another interest of mine, which is actually why my artstyle is that of anime. Some of my top favourites would have to be Rurouni Kenshin, Chobits, Fullmetal Alchemist, Deathnote, and...yes, you can laugh at this too, Pokemon. When it comes to manga, all of them, along with Orphen, would have to rank high with me. My favourite video games would have to be role plays, with the Lunar series being my first and favourite. I own a Playstation, Playstation 2, Nintendo 64, Sega Saturn, Game Boy Color, Game Boy Advance, Nintendo DS, and a GameCube. The Last Herald-Mage series, Harry Potter, and most of the books by R.A. Salavatore featuring Artemis Entreri are my favourite books. I go more for Fantasy if you couldn't tell, but that goes for most things with me.
